Returns
Return period:
Items purchased at jp.koruashapes.com can be returned within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the item arrives.
Returns for Customers Without a Japanese Residency (hotel delivery):
To be eligible for a return, the buyer or recipient must receive the item. Returns are possible within 14 business days after the product arrives.
If the item cannot be received, cannot be returned, or if the return deadline is missed, we cannot accept the return.
Additionally, once the product has been taken outside Japan, returns cannot be accepted.
About return method:
Please send an email to cs@koruashapes.jp with the reason for the return. We will reply to you with an email regarding the subsequent return procedure.
About return cost:
If the product is returned for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return cost and handling charges. Examples of a personal reason is "wrong product ordered" or "wrong quantity ordered".
Refunds for product returns:
For refund of the product price, we will process the refund after the returned product arrives.
Shipping charges, transfer fees, payment fees, etc. are non-refundable.
It will take about 10 days for the refund procedure.
About packing method
Please use the appropriate packaging material for the item and return it without damaging the item. Please send without removing the labels and stickers, such as the spec table.
